Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to DailyTodo, the DailyTodo mobile application, the website located at todoitgogogo.com, and related support communications. If a third-party service, advertisement, or partner links to its own privacy notice, that separate notice may also apply.

DailyTodo is designed around a local-first model. That means core task content is intended to be stored on your device rather than in a mandatory user account. However, some information may still be processed when you contact us, visit the website, receive ads, or use any third-party services connected to the product.

Information We Collect

We may collect or process the following categories of information:

Information you provide directly. This includes information you send when you email us at shootermary0@gmail.com, such as your email address, the contents of your message, and any attachments or support details you choose to share.
Task and planning data stored locally. DailyTodo may store task titles, list names, notes, dates, times, reminder settings, priority selections, and appearance preferences on your device so the product can function.
Device and technical information. Depending on how you access the Service, this may include device type, operating system version, app version, browser type, language, IP address, referral information, timestamps, and crash or diagnostic details.
Website cookies or similar technologies. The website or advertising components may use cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs, or similar technologies to remember settings, measure traffic, prevent abuse, or support advertising.

Because DailyTodo does not require account creation for normal use, we do not ask users to create a username and password before they can start using the core planning features.

to save tasks, reminders, schedule information, and user preferences on the device;
to respond to support requests, bug reports, privacy inquiries, and other messages;

Advertising and Ad Measurement

DailyTodo is a free, ad-supported product. Ads may appear in the app, on the website, or in related surfaces now or in future releases. To support those ads, we or our advertising partners may collect and process advertising-related information.

Advertising-related processing may include:

serving contextual or personalized ads;
measuring impressions, clicks, conversions, and campaign performance;
limiting how often the same ad appears;
detecting invalid traffic, spam, or fraud;
complying with regional consent and privacy requirements.

Advertising partners may include Google AdMob or another ad network selected by us in the future. If a specific ad provider is enabled in production, we should keep this policy updated to reflect the provider and its data practices.

Where required by law, consent tools or opt-out choices may be presented before personalized advertising is used. You may also be able to manage advertising preferences through your device settings, browser settings, cookie controls, or prompts presented inside the Service.

We do not state that your private task content is sold as part of the core planning experience. However, some jurisdictions may treat certain targeted advertising disclosures or identifier sharing as a "sale" or "sharing" under privacy law, and we will honor applicable notice and choice obligations where required.

Because DailyTodo is local-first, a substantial portion of core task content is intended to remain stored on the device rather than routinely shared to our own servers. That said, support emails, website activity, and advertising-related data may still involve third-party processing.

Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

Locally stored task content generally remains on your device until you edit or delete it, clear app data, or uninstall the app.
Support emails and related correspondence may be kept for customer support, recordkeeping, and legal compliance.
Advertising and technical data may be retained by ad providers or service providers under their own retention policies and legal obligations.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or objection to the processing of certain personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing depends on consent.

delete locally stored tasks and settings directly inside the app or by uninstalling the app;

DailyTodo is not intended for children under the age where parental consent is required by applicable law, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
